This Shilo Inn is located right off of Interstate 90 in Spokane, Washington. Many of its 105 guest rooms and on-site restaurant have been renovated and accessorized with new furnishings. Shilo wanted a quick loan from us for business expansion. This is the second time in the last couple years that Shilo has turned to us for a quick capital draw.
With no prepayment penalty, ramped up occupancy and a creditworthy borrower, we expect this loan to payoff with bank money inside of the next year.
